Pros: - Was only 24" stainless steel gas oven we could find. - No computers.
Cons: - Installation accommodate airflow across back of oven, all shelving has large holes cut through.
We were limited to a 24" gas oven because we had priviously put in new cabinets and had left the old oven. Our only choice was to buy two of these Italian gas ovens from Verona. They are stackable and that is their only attribute. We like to slow cook and this oven will not do low temperatures and will not stay lit for long periods of time. You can not use both ovens at the same time or one will not stay lit. The broiler flame only goes down top center, so it does not broil evenly. I haven't really tried the rotisserie because the oven won't stay lit for long periods of time. You have to hold the door wide open and push the control knob in for quite a while to light. When we ordered them our other oven had broken. The ovens had to be ordered and shipped in from Italy and took 3 months to get here going through customs (we were told two weeks) - we were without an oven over the Christmas holiday... These ovens were expensive and we would have been better off re-doing the whole cabinet area to accept bigger and better ovens... Wish we would have read more reviews before we purchased these. We agree - If you do any serious cooking, stay away from this company!
