It totally sucks

Pros: Nice packaging; excellent manual; good looking unit.

Cons: Their software is complete garbage, totally unprofessional; I've never seen worse.

Every time I used the PaperPort software that comes with the Visioneer OneTouch 7300 USB scanner it hung after doing one scan. To "unhang" it, I had to go into the Windows XP Task Manager and get rid of multiple copies of processes PaperPort had left lying around. What a piece of crap! I returned it to OfficeMax the next day and purchased a Canon LiDE 30 for the same price I paid for the Visioneer, and now I'm very happy.
