Pros: Very small machine. May be good for buyers with limited desk top.

Cons: Could not install to XP Pro. software issue. Xerox tech could not alleviate. Machine returned.

I recently purchased the Docu-mate 262 scanner based on the review from PC Magazine. It was the Editors Choice.. My IT guy has been on the telephone for two days w/ xerox trying to get the DM-262 scanner to install on Windows XP Pro. We will be sending the unit back to the point of purchase and buying a different machine.
