I have the Waring Pro 400 series (sold at Costco). I am hugely disappointed in it. Comparing it to the much cheaper Bella Rotating Waffle Maker (from Kohl's) that I also have, I can truly say that the Waring product is not worth the extra money nor the effort of using it! [The cheaper Bella unit does an outstanding job on waffles and makes this high-priced Waring unit look very bad!]

The waffles are heavy, although higher than those from a standard, non-rotating waffle maker.
The handle area where the device rotates sticks and is most-often impossible to move ( it does not allow the rotation of the waffle maker). Thus, the waffles don't get turned promptly and are just not the quality that I would (hope to) expect from this professional waffle maker. I did grease the joint where the device rotates (with olive oil) and it did help to release the mechanism...but I still have issues with this waffler's quality of the final product, a Belgian waffle.
The electronic "beep" doesn't coordinate with the doneness of the waffle, either!
