I have been nothing but impressed by the whirlpool gold dishwasher!
The first thing you will notice is that it is one of the most quiet dishwashers you have ever heard (well in this case, not heard). With the quite partner you get the normal sound insulation plus a little muffeling device on the motor and the vents on the front close during the wash cycle to keep out that extra noise!
The accuwash feature is really impressive! In most dishwashers there is a filter located at the bottom of the unit that catches all the loose food that the spray jets of water clean off your dirty dishes. But what happens when this filter gets full? It can't catch anymore food and the excess food can spray back onto your clean dishes. Not with accuwash. Accuwash has a sensor that will sense when the filter is getting filled. When it senses that the filter is getting filled it will do a quick drain cycle that will flush out the filter and drain out the food. Then the wash cycle will restart where it left off.
This dishwasher is full of different options, I have just named some of my favorites. It also has it's own hard food disposer to grind up the food as it drains. I have to say this is one of the best dishwashers ever!
