I have enjoyed radio my entire life and the thought of satellite radio intrigued me enough to invest in a receiver and subscription for the past two years from Serius. Reception in Northern New England is spotty at times, but for the most part better than local stations offer for clarity and diversification. I was enticed to purchased another radio for my spouse , the new Stiletto 2 with accessories and another yearly subscription. Serius would like you to believe that as a customer you will easily be swayed by clever marketing schemes, and offers and discounts they will not honor.
! My recent purchase promised discounts from my AAA membership , free shipping etc etc. These discounts when billed were not honored, by Serius and I must say their Customer Service is probably the rudest, most unprofessional individuals I have ever been subjected to. Products are fine and smart looking and work well. Oh by the way, don't be fooled that you are subscibing to an all non-commercial radio service, over 50 % of all stations under service carry commercials.
