Easy to use, do the job!

Pros: Very easy-to-use interface, with a simple, integrated control panel.

The Bottom Line: I strongly recommend the Document Centre 420 because it is really easy to use.

Easy to use multifunction copier. The digital control panel is clear and "friendly user", even my 10 years old daughter can use it! You can monitor print, copy,fax,scan at digital control panel. It produces clear copy and print job. I was skeptic at the beginning to use a multifunction copier. Now, my fears disappeared. At our office, the ability to set up 30 password protected mailboxes for faxing is really useful. We can even send fax on line 1 and receive fax on line 2 simultaneously. also, we are able to delete and hold jobs at the copier and (because the copier is connected) from desktop. That's impressive.
