Pros: It worked better with our cable feed than the Mitsubishi did.
Cons: Flawed design and incredible repair costs, with no company support.

| ParagonWP's Full Review: Zenith D60WLCD 60 in. HDTV-Ready TV |
LG Electronics (the old Lucky Goldstar) now makes Zenith. We bought this TV and toward the end of the first warranty period we had a huge yellow spot in the middle of the TV. After 3-4 months of stalling and promising repairs, we insisted that they send us a new TV, which they did. They lied and said that the new TV would be covered for another one-year warranty, and we were then later unable to buy the extended warranty. After having the second TV for less than 18 months, we are now getting a blue spot on the screen. The repairman said that LG charges $3,000 for a new color engine, plus the cost of installation!! We paid $4,500 for this TV less than three years ago, and LG Electronics is real sorry that they can't help us. They're treating it like one of their old toasters or radios: a throw-away item. We can't repair it, we can't sell it. We can't warn you strongly enough to steer clear of this TV and LG Electronics in general. If you search for other review sites, you'll find many, many people who have had the same problem.
