Pros: Nearly everything. Color screen and sound are great. Transferring files & playlists is simple.
Cons: No "Page Down" function in navigation. No updated firmware for US version.
The Bottom Line: Worth every penny. I'm still amazed at how much it will do for $300.

I've been playing with my new H320 for a week, and so far I have been very impressed. The color screen looks wonderful and is great for displaying song information. It's a little small for viewing pictures; but that is just a bonus feature as far as I am concerned. The sound is impressive. I've listened to it though headphones, through my TV, my portable stereo, my truck stereo and my computer. In every case the speakers are the limit on the sound quality. I had no problems connecting it to my PC (running Suse 9.2 Linux) and transferring files. There are certain characters that are not allowed in the file names, and they must be less than 52 characters for the database to function properly. The manual doesn't mention this until you get to the database section, as apposed to noting it in the section regarding transferring files. My only complaints are with the user interface. There is no "page down" function, and scrolling through 130 albums can take a while. If you had lots of random tracts that aren't organized well, navigation would be difficult. If you use it for complete albums like I am, its fairly straightforward. You can browse the file tree, use the data base to search by album or artist, or use play lists. Overall, I've been impressed. This thing is definitely worth the price.
