Pros: Superior sound quality, sleek design, tons of features.
Cons: I'm still looking for some...
The Bottom Line: You cannot get a better MP3 player in this price/feature/size category than the iRiver.

| ithinkinink's Full Review: iRiver iFP-380T (128 MB) MP3 Player |
I started out with the Creative Muvo NX ($149, no tuner) and had SO MANY problems with it within the first 24 hours that I took it back, researched and decided on the iRiver.
I couldn't be happier. The sound is great, lots of EQ setting options too! I have not maxed out the volume and I LOVE loud music as I bought this primarily for cleaning days and working out.
There are more features than you would imagine for $139 (I got mine for $129 on sale) and the quality of design seems far superior to many I looked at.
At first, I was a bit disappointed that you can record from the FM tuner but not move MP3's back to your computer BUT ... But a firmware upgrade at iRiver.com has changed that and it is now possible to transfer to PC.
Speaking of the FM tuner - boy was I surprised at the quality of this tuner. I use it almost as much as my MP3s!
The earphones this product ships with are excellent in sound quality but very uncomfortable in small ears and tend to come out upon running. I replaced mine with the behind the ear style Sony's and they are awesome.
My only complaint? Minor...no armband is sold with the 380T model (only 390/395T)but you can order them online for $12.95 and the neck strap it comes with is very comfortable.
I would HIGHLY recommend this MP3 player out of the five or six that I deeply researched and demo'd. You won't be sorry!
