Plot Details: This opinion reveals minor details about the movie's plot.

When I was around 10 years old, this movie came out. I got it on VHS from my father. This used to be my favorite movie back then. I loved the storyline and the artwork very much. It was instantly one of my favorites. its loosely based around the story of Moses. Its a serious but also enguaging and beautiful movie.

   Yes there are some... adult themes, but nothing warranting an adult rating. what i mean by adult themes is that it deals with things children might find boring. but it makes for an exceptional family film if your child is over the age of 8 years old.  I used to watch it multiple times a month.

  Its not annoyingly loud, obnoxious or anything of the sort, just a beautifully told story. its not 100% accurate to the story of moses, but then again, what children's movie is? I once saw a movie that had christopher columbus taking advice from a worm with a fairy for a girlfriend.

So to sum up everything I've written here, its a beautiful and engaging tale, IF you're older than 8 years old. It's good for the family. Its better as a fun movie as opposed to an educational film for religion.
