This is an extremely high spec flat screen. approx 25ms reponse time, 350-1 contrast ratio, horizontal and vertical viewing angle of 160 deg, 1280 by 1024 native resolution. The price is so far below any other LCD screen with the same specs that I thought there must be something wrong with it. But I swallowed my doubts and bought it. I have to say it has been one of the best purchase I have made. Of course AOC have a new model for slightly less money with DVI now, but I dont care. Im blissfully happy with it after 5 months. The only flies in the ointment that I didnt know about when I bought it are the two dead pixels near the middle of the screen. And it seems that Redhat Linux 8 doesnt support the LM800 very well. My picture quality is worse than a CRT under linux. A fantastic product, I hope we see a lot more of AOC. Kevin Holmes.
