Ease of Use:
Pros:Stylish exterior, cheap when on sale/using coupon codes
Cons:Unreliable, quality-control issues.
This monitor is sharp and clear, with decent color qualities (when it functions correctly). Geometry is excellent, no curved corners or other uncorrectable strange geometry problems. These observations were based on running the monitor at 1600x1200 @ 85Hz.

I cannot recommend this monitor due to reliability problems (see below). The P1130 does have a Sony Trinitron tube, but is manufactured in Mexico, unlike the actual Sony GDM-series monitors, which I've been told are manufactured in Japan. I would not purchase another P1130.
I'm now on my third P1130 via warranty exchanges. The first one had developed color problems and finally died (no power) eight months after new. I received a refurbished replacement that only lasted a few weeks before developing a focus problem (would get very blurry intermittently). The second replacement was a brand new unit and so far (only had it a few days now) seems to be functioning properly.
