We have two close to us now (Reply to this comment)

The strange thing is both of them opened within the past year. You'd think they'd try to keep them a little bit apart or they'll be feeding off of each other.

We have two of them near me. The ice cream part, that is. They do a free cone once a month but we usually find out about it too late. It sure is tasty, though!

If you get the bubblegum ice cream you can ask for a cup and save the gum for later. It's pretty messy to and a little uncouth to do it like that, but some habits picked up as a kid die hard...Nice bazillion reviews, there, pops!

The one Baskin Robbins I knew of in Minnesota was replaced by a Kemps. I was so disappointed. Back in the mid-90s I used to work at the mall this BR was in and every day I worked I tried a different ice cream flavor. (The ones they rotated in changed pretty often). They had a pumpkin ice cream one Halloween time that was just fantastic! Kemps is just not the same...

Phil,

Apparently we Coloradans have become overly persnickety. The three Baskin Robbins I can think of have all closed overrun by Cold Stone and Marble Slab (not to mention the Ben and Jerry’s Store). If this wasn’t enough all of the Dunkin Doughnuts were replaced by bagel joints about 10 years ago. At least Krispy Kreme moved in recently so I can still eat badly once in a while.

have one in the mall right near me and they closed a few years ago.:(

I miss that Cherries Jubilee and Jamoca Almond Fudge..

Now I'm craving a double dip so much.

Boy you are cranking them out these days! All great ones, too. I don't even know where a Baskin and Robbins is in Chicago now. We use to frequent...way to often, one of their outposts around the corner from us. My hips are glad that they moved!

As Always,
Deb~
