Generally we never use Burger King, but on the way home after an evening swim workout we decided to stop by and pick up some food.
We ordered a #1 plain (king size), #3 with cheese (king size), #8 regular & 2 portions of onion rings.
After some debate we agreed the order at the window and waited ("patiently") for 10 minutes for the food to arrive. The girl read back the order but said #1 regular instead of plain, so we waited ("patiently") for the correct burger to be brought to the car.
In hindsight we should have checked the whole order right there, but we were all eager to get home and "enjoy" the meal!
On unpacking the bag we were happy to see that the #1 was indeed plain, but the lack of cheese on the #3 and the missing onion rings made us mad.
We called up to complain to the restaurant manager, who took our name and promised to mail out a voucher straight away - (how he knew our address before we gave it was a mystery!)
Anyway, we sat down to our 'meal' and then we discovered the onion rings - 2 tiny rings in each portion of fries.......some kind of joke we think. (Not bad value either @ 6 rings for $2.98)
Needless to say we won't be going back to Burger King for a long, long time, no matter how hungry we are.....

Always check your meal before you leave the premises and make sure you search the fries for the missing portion of onion rings!!
