Hey Patti,
I have been going to Don Juans ever since it opened. In fact the larger side wasn't even completed when we were first there. We also met Don Juan!! Really! and then my wife "bumped" into him again about a week later. It's a great story I will have to tell you some time.
Don Juans has good food, good entertainment, and a real party atmosphere. I love the Mariachi Bands and the live dancing. Don't go to Cozymel's after you have been to Don Juans, it doesn't compare. I would give Don Juan's four stars and on some nights five! We have had some really GREAT times there. I will have to get our Don Juans on the data base. I know many Long Islanders will click in. Thanks for the reminder.

I love going to Mexico. The people are friendly and ready for a good time.
We had visited a small town, Playa del Carmen. It was everything we needed for a funfilled experience.
Thanks for stopping by,
Phil

across Old Country Road from here is a fantastic Mexican restaurant. We have been there a few times and the entertainment is fun as well.
Nice write-up on Cozymels. We haven't been here yet, but after reading this I'd be tempted to try it sometime.

I was going to try Macaroni Grill this weekend, but now you've got me wanting to go back to Cozymel's!! Since it's over an hour drive, I'll have to choose one, but I want to try that margarita sampler now!! Darn it. Nice review.

of our time spent in the Texas Valley region and we would go to Matamoras for happy hour where I would get two Frozen Margaritas for price of one. Mexico is always a colorful place with happy people willing to trade for their wares. Those were the days. Nice review.

...going to be in Philly? You already know what my favorite Mexican restaurant is here. I betcha it'll blow Cozymel's out of the agua.
