I want to start first with the fact that I really love Fuddruckers burgers... Nice big and juicy. I was on the main website and found that they offer a fuddclub for email specials and coupons... so I signed up!
This week is my birthday and I was excited to find that they sent me a coupon for a free 1/3 pound burger....yummmy! I printed it off and put it in the car... figuring I'd go by and use it.
I got to the restaurant last night November 02, 2009... and was told by the manager they didn't accept the coupon... wow... I was disappointed to say the least. I walked out!
I figure if a website and a restaurant chain is going to send that stuff out...they ought to at least honor it.... I realize that the rules maybe are different for a franchise...but why not keep a happy customer and take it, doesn't make sense to me.
I sent the website back a comment, then told them never to send me stuff again.
I really like the food, but play fair witht the customers. Bait and switch, to get you in... I hate that.
