Awful place to eat but pleasent if you like hair in your food!!

I went to IHOP in Newnan ga, on mother's day to enjoy a nice meal with my family. Our waiter Renee was very pleasant and punctual with her services. After receiving our order we began to eat dinner. As I looked down to get another popcorn shrimp from my plate I was appalled to see hair cooked in my food not on top or on the plate but in my food. After complaining to the waiter she was very apologetic and said that she would bring me another plate. When the second plate arrived I decided to give them the BENEFIT of the doubt and try it again, but what did I find another hair in my food. After having two plates both consisting of hair I was disgusted. To top off the evening the manager was very blah about the situation and stated I don't know what is going on back their. That is one comment that you should never make to a customer who finds hair in their food. Not offering to wave the ticket she then sends the waiter back to the table with our ticket and the only thing she did was take the meal off. No one in my family finished their meal and we will no longer be eating at IHOP the place that is so unprofessional and most of all NASTY.
