Pros: Unfortunately, none in my experience
Cons: Slow service, limited selection, poor quality meat. small patties, rancid cooking oil, cold food
The Bottom Line: I don't know why people like this place. Nearly the worst "fast" food I have ever eaten, and terribly slow service.

| prejzki's Full Review: In-N-Out Burger |
I have heard nothing but good things about In-n-Out Burger and have been anxious to try it since moving to California. I got my chance today. While last-minute holiday shopping with my husband, there was an In-n-Out Burger right in the shopping center. Good for a quick bite, right? Wrong. We entered the drive-thru line about 3 car lengths behind the ordering board. Seeing the limited menu, we assumed the service would be lightening fast. It was worse than we could have imagined. It took over 25 minutes to get our food. This In-n-Out Burger wins the prize for the slowest drive-thru I have ever experienced, edging out the Taco Bell in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Anyway, at first bite, the burgers, masked by a layer of lettuce and a tangy mayo-based dressing, seemed okay although quite cold. A couple of bites later, it became apparent that the meat was thin, dry and of poor quality. The kids' burgers at Carl's Jr. and Burger King both beat the In-n-Out Burger for quality, size and taste. The cold, dry and mealy fries were a decent accompaniment to the burgers, but once the burgers were finished, the rancid cooking-oil taste of the fries really came through. Even though we're not used to wasting food, neither my husband nor myself could bring ourselves to finish even half of the single order of fries we were sharing. Our dog, Peanut, has much in common with the other reviewers of In-n-Out Burger as he devoured them happily. For my money, I'll take the kids' meals at Burger King and Carl's Jr. In spite of the sterling reviews others have given, I don't know whether I'll be able to give In-n-Out Burger another chance.
