For some reason, all the LJS's in my "neck of the woods" have been closing!!! I'm afraid I'm experiencing withdrawal symptoms..... I have yet to find better fish anywhere!!!

I'd agree with you about the limit being somewhere around 8. But they keep in the fridge for a few days and are even more tasty when reheated than when you first get them in the restaurant. I've tried to make my own hush puppies, but the recipe in the Fanny Farmer cookbook is worthless.
I have a sickness! Someone please help me.
