Both good and bad

Pros: If you are hungry you get your belly full.
Cons: The food is really bad most of the time, but my boyfriend loves Panchos
The Bottom Line: If you want good food and good customer service don't go to Panchos. Their are a lot more and better Mexican Restaurants to go to.

My boyfriend loves Pancho's. He thinks their food is the greatest, but he does not like the service that is given there. Pancho's has a tendency not to enforce customer service on their waiters/waitresses.
As for me there buffet is not all that it is made out to be. There choices service individuals who do not mind getting heartburn/acid indigestion. Some of their entrees have little or no seasoning.
The Pancho's I have gone to are in Baton Rouge, LA.
The only good thing I can say about Pancho's is that the manager is an asset to the restaurant. I had shoulder surgery and could not find anyone to carry my tray. The manager found out and carried my tray to my table personally. All through my visit he constantly checked on me to see if I was ok. Pancho's needs to enforce customer service on their waiter/waitresses and then their tips may come more frequently.
