I have recently in the past few months changed my whole opinion about Papa John’s Pizza. To be honest I used to hate the place. Anytime my family would order out from Papa John’s Pizza I would find something else to eat. I guess my taste buds changed or they started making better pizza because now I love their pizzas. We recently had a Papa John’s Pizza place built just up the road so you can only imagine how many times we order from this place in a month. It is close and very easy. One thing I have noticed is that Papa John’s Pizza is always busy, not just on Friday nights, they are always busy. So when I order for delivery, sometimes it takes an hour for them to drop off my pizza because of how busy they are. They are pretty good though about giving you notice because when you order your pizza they tell you how long of a wait it will be.

We also have Domino’s Pizza and Pizza Hut in our area. For some reason Papa John’s Pizza just tastes better to me. I eat at the other pizza places too, just not as often as Papa John’s. Another good reason to try Papa John’s Pizza is they are always running specials. Their pizzas are pretty cheap and sometimes you can get pretty good deals. Whenever you order pizza, they always attach coupons on the top of the pizza box, so needless to say my family never runs out of coupons!

Papa John’s Pizza offers small, large, and big papa pizzas. I have never gotten the big papa, but it has to be pretty big because the large is big enough for me.

SPECIALTY PIZZAS

The Works comes with: cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, black olives, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

The Garden Special comes with: mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and black olives.

All The Meats comes with: pepperoni, ham, sausage, ground beef, and bacon.

Yes, Papa John’s Pizza does offer two kinds of breadsticks. They offer regular breadsticks and cheesesticks. My favorite is the cheesesticks because they are just loaded with cheese and they are yummy!!

Sides include: pepperoncinis, anchovies, jalapeno peppers, and banana peppers.

Shakers include: red peppers, parmesan, and spice.

MY PERFECT PIZZA

Let me tell you what I always get on my pizza that I just think is delicious! I always order the large original crust pizza and I ask for light sauce and extra cheese. In my opinion Papa John’s Pizza puts a little too much sauce on their pizza for my liking, and it just tastes perfect when there is only a little bit of sauce. Of course more people love more toppings on their pizza, but I am a big cheese fan so I love the extra cheese.

I would definitely recommend trying this place especially if you never have. Even if you have and you weren’t satisfied I would try it again and see if your taste buds have changed. I am glad that Papa John’s Pizza moved closer to my home, I guess I have the founder of Papa John’s, John Schnatter, to thank for that!
