Pros: Franchise publishes coupons.
Cons: Owners don't like you using cupons
I went to Quizno's (572 King St N, Waterloo - beside Kelsey's) with a work colleague and had an insulting experience from the store owner because I shared my unused coupons with customer behind me. After being talked down to I was told not to come there again. Regardless of my experience, I just wanted to share the coupons with you in case you are interested since the subs are good and price after coupons is comparable to SubWay: http://www.quiznos.ca/coupon-9-12-2011.html. Coupons expire Dec 31, 2011.
I have also filed a complaint to Quizno's with the information below.
I had an insulting experience from the store owner because I shared my unused coupons with customer behind me. After an unpleasant conversation and being talked down to I was told not to come there again. Other customers in line at the store voiced their disbelief of poor customer service by the gentleman at the cash register.
Since I have had such a bad experience, not because of food as subs were great, I am in the process of sharing the coupons on this website (http://www.quiznos.ca/coupon-9-12-2011.html) to as many people as I know as well as writing a review for my experience to as many social network websites as I can as well as notifying as many people as I know via email about my experience.
I understand how my action impacts the business negatively but coupons are business decision and use and distribution of them should not be a reason to insult customers. If that is the case then either 1) don't create coupons, or 2) create coupons that are more limiting as to not negatively impact the business.
