Pros: Delicious sandwiches, toasted to bring out the flavors!
Cons: Very high in calories and fat content. More expensive than other ff joints.
The Bottom Line: The Quiznos Classic Italian sandwich is delicious and different.

| bhweb22's Full Review: Quizno's |
I used to be able to control my Quiznos intake. There was only one location that I could only visit occasionally. And it was there that I would treat myself to the height of fast food epicurian delights... the Classic Italian.
While it's hard to review the chain for service levels, I think the following statement is true: Fast food service is not ever great, so you shouldn't expect anything special. The decor is very clean and modern and fairly uniform across all the franchises, so I can't review that.
What I can review is the food.
Quiznos toasts all their sandwiches and salads. According to the company, toasting unlocks the flavor in the meats that they use. They also point out that they use high quality deli meats (In what I think is supposed to be a shot at Subway, their main competition). I've eaten two sandwiches at Quizos - the Classic Italian and the Prime Rib. Both are toasted, both have delicious dressings that are put on before the bread is run through the special toaster. Both taste great. Like Subway, Quiznos offers several bread types: White, Wheat, and Rosemary Parmesan Bread.
The Classic Italian is the flagship sandwich. It contains the following delicious ingredients: salami, pepperoni, capicola, ham, mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, red onion, black olives, Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing. After toasting, the meats do release some of their juices, which mix with the dressing to form a delectable sauce. It's a bit messy, so make sure that you take extra napkins. I usually ask for no tomatoes and light olives, but that's the only alteration I'd dare make to this feast on a roll. I prefer the white rolls.
The Prime Rib sandwich is not as good as the Classic Italian in my estimation. It features the following ingredients: a double portion of prime rib with mozzarella, sautéed onions and a mild Peppercorn Sauce. It's toasty and delicious and again, I prefer the white bread.
Meal deals are available where you can order a soft drink and chips to make a sizable lunch. Quiznos is slightly more expensive than other fast food restaurants, but I think it's worth it. Your opinion might vary (but I doubt it).
One problem with eating Quiznos too often - the calories and fat content. Quiznos meals can be artery clogging events. The Classic Italian can be as much as 1000 calories! So although it's delicious, everything in moderation!
