I never knew what real burgers were until I found Red Robin! If you eat here just once, you won't ever crave McDonalds or Burger King again.
Red Robin is not like a fast food chain restaurant, though. It is like a high class burger joint, set in a comfortable atmosphere for anyone. But it is completely casual.
I have visited 2 different Red Robins, one in Brea California and the one I normally go to in Spokane. Service of course varies, but quality is always the best.
I've gone to Red Robin with friends, family, business associates, co-workers and in large groups. It is a nice and friendly, fun environment for anyone and everyone to enjoy.
Everything is decorated with classic movie and TV posters, photos of cities in other locations, large spots equipment (like golf balls and such), toys, drawings, balloons, stuffed animals and lots of various other items that make it an enjoyable visit. There is always something to look at and talk about here.
I usually eat here 2-5 times a month and I have been for several years. It is by far one of my all time favorite places to eat. In all this time I've never had a waiter be rude to me or have someone not treat me nicely.
Once they forgot my order. It wasn't even for long, just around 5 minutes after everyone else got their food. They realized they forgot to get to mine. What did they do? They hurried it out, and gave me a coupon for a free appetizer for the next time I was there.
Now let me tell you, their appetizers are not just a little side dish with a muffin. They have the best appetizers and they are HUGE. The problem is, if you get an appetizer, you should be with a group of friends, or you won't be able to eat your meal - there's just so much!
The fries are one of the best parts. They make these big thick potato fries! They are never dripping with grease like many places or soggy. And the secret here is the seasonings that they put on them. They also leave a container of the special seasonings on your table so you can add more. It really makes these fries taste the best. We're talking better then McDonalds (and believe me I love McD's fries). Oh and don't forget - free refills!
The burgers are such a variety and not normal things you see on every menu in most places. They make their own original stuff and these things are huge. Very filling burgers that actually look the size and goodness as the pictures on the menu! You'll have to experience these for yourself to understand why they are the best!
Oh and don't forget to try the peach iced tea... oh that stuff rocks. :)
