The Macaroni Grill is a wonderful place for both romantic evenings and family dinners. They have a wonderful selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts. The atmosphere, with opera singers strolling through the restaurant, the service and the prices are unmatched.
The stone walls (with a heart-shaped stone in each restaurant-see if you can find it!), the open kitchen, fresh gladiolas and wine on the honor system are just a few of the reasons making this a wonderful place to dine.
They have butcher paper on each table and offer crayons to the children so they can draw on the paper. This is a great way to keep them occupied while waiting for the food to arrive. It is fun for the adults, also!
I would recommend the Caesar salad, Penne Rustica (shrimp, grilled chicken and smoked prosciutto in a creamy cheese sauce, with parmesan and baked in a woodburning oven) and Scaloppine di Pollo (chicken breast, mushroom, artichoke, capers and smoked prosciutto in lemon butter with pasta). They also have wonderful desserts!
Sometimes there is quite a wait and the tables are very close to each other, but it is well worth it!
