My husband and I purchased this tv about four years ago at Sears. For the first year we are beyond pleased with it. Had great picture, sound quality and all around a great tv. It was also very convenient that it included a mounting braket for hanging the tv.

Unfortunately after about two or three years we started to experience problems. My husband is very savvy when it comes to technology and he just could not figure it out. We tried contacting tech support, they suggested we re-scan our channels, then that there might be a product recall and still no new results. First our sound would randomly go out, and we never had it excessively loud due to living in an apartment building. It seemed to very b speaker, sometimes the whole sound would stop, sometimes just one side at a time. Then the cable would randomly stop working, channels that came in clear before, suddenly were fuzzy or not even there.

We dealt with it as long as we could then we had to buy a new tv. We gave it to his mother and she loves it and has no complaints. Therefore its a mystery to us but we love our new Sharp Aquos tv.
