Pros: -Works fine if you are looking for a basic phone (texting and calls are great)
Cons: -Small keys, internet isn't great, games and music are difficult to utilize, low memory

You're correct your review doesn't meet the definition of a Not Helpful review. In fact your review, while pretty basic, does provide some helpful information and some obvious hands-on experience with the product. Don't be discouraged. Pat is right, you'll get the hang of it and I hope you'll post many additional reviews of the products you like, and those you don't like too.

You did nothing wrong and it's not bad. The "Not Helpful" you received here was for the lack of detail and opinion.
I felt you included enough "user experience" to help someone that was considering the Samsung SCH-U460.
Don't be discourage by the lower ratings, just keep trying. You'll get the hang of it. Keep in mind that the Electronics section is one of the most challenging.

I don't really understand what I did wrong? I also read the description of what "not helpful" was and I don't believe at all that is what my review was. Please explain why you think this was bad. Thanks.

I thought that we were just supposed to like give an overview or review of the phone. What I thought about it, the problems or good things about the phone. That is what I tried to do. I will read some very helpful reviews, that would be good help. Thanks!

the review is just one paragraph overview of the phone. Do you want to be spot on, go read some real Very Helpful reviews to get you some spotness.
