During the summer months I keep the camera in our racing trailer. I don't take a ton of pictures but a few every weekend and I have no issues with my battery.

Wait - You can get a month's worth of shooting out of the battery? What's the secret? I could barely get my camera to last an afternoon, and that's completely forgoing any flash!
