Pros: Field is beautiful, tailgating
Cons: Outside of stadium is ugly
The Bottom Line: Go there whenever you can! If you can get tickets, you will have a truly memorable experience.

One of the largest stadiums in the country. After the extensive renovations it holds approx. 107,000 fans. The tailgating atmosphere is great around the stadium. What I don't like are the exposed beams that you can see from the outside of the stadium. It gives it an almost high school-like feel. Still a great place to watch some PSU football!
Tickets are still hard to come by, even after expansion. Scalping is supposedy illegal in PA, but that doesn't stop people. You can also check eBay if you're not a lucky student or alumnus. Ticket prices are higher than a lot of places, but hey, it's the law of supply and demand basically. PSU football has such a loyal fan base that the demand will always surpass the supply.
It doesn't matter if tickets are $100, it is still worth every penny, as it is when attending any major college football game.
