I have attended GM Place for a few hockey games, and it is a great venue. The ticket prices are reasonable, and almost anywhere you sit you have a good view at the event. It is well managed, clean and there is a wide variety of food to choose from. The worst part of it would have to be the parking, it is difficult to park as it is at GM Place, but the prices are quite high. The best thing to do is to park a few blocks away from the stadium, there are better prices, and its just a short walk away. The other bad part is moving around the building, there are always huge line-ups to buy food and use the washrooms. Your best bet is to go during periods or during the event.
