Stadiums such as the King Dome in Seattle or Three Rivers in Pittsburgh are simply boring and unattractive. The Olympic Stadium of Montreal, however, keeps the viewer amused during the slow stretches of the game with its ridiculous tower, excessive advertisements, annoyingly colored rows of seats (most of which are bound to be empty) and other gimicks. It's hard to believe that this travesty was once considered state of the art. I give it two stars for its unintentional entertainment value and for the fact that at least it's in Montreal, a great city, and that it is accessible by public transportation and not out in the suburbs like many parks are.
