| candyman's Full Review: Wrigley Field |
The home of many great cubbies, has been the most beloved ballpark, of all the Major League Baseball Parks. Over the years such greats, as those most recently; Ron Santo, Ernie Banks, Ryne Sanberg, have given thrills to the true baseball lover. Although the cubbies have not produced the great grand prize of a World Series Championship, year after year, the style and play of the Chicago Cubs, seems to attract more and more fans. Add to that the unforgetable voice of the late great "Harry Caray" and his own unique rendition of "take me out to the ball game" and memories of fans almost able to touch the players. What a great way to attend a baseball game. The Ivy covered walls, and the great TV coverage provided by "WGN' and perhaps, Wrigley Field has become probably, the best known of the modern day ballparks. Hit a real homerun for yourself, take in a "Cubbies" ball game.
