Pros:It's better than nothing and the mocha flavor pulls this one to average.
The Bottom Line: Starbucks Via Ready Brew in Mocha will do when you can't get real coffee to drink. Nothing special here, it's an average cup of instant coffee.
I've never been a fan of instant coffee and I probably never will be as long as the real thing is available. However, there comes a time when the office stock of coffee has dwindled and the coffee jar is totally empty. Someone forgot to pick up coffee for the office. After going through this situation a few times, I picked up some Starbucks Via Ready Brew Mocha Coffee to keep in my desk for those kind of emergencies.

Starbucks Via Ready Brew Mocha Coffee
Starbucks Via Ready Brew Mocha Coffee comes in a bag that contains 6 little individual packets of flavored mocha coffee. The package retails for around $6.00 a bag, averaging $1.00 a cup.
The mocha flavor is a nice chocolate blend with just a hint of vanilla. Brewing is easy, just add 8 oz. of boiling water to the mix, stir and wait for it to cool enough to sip the coffee without burning your lips.
What does Starbucks have to say?
Starbucks VIA® Mocha Flavored Coffee is a delicious, natural indulgence. Made from 100% arabica beans, natural flavors and a touch of sugar, each packet gives you a rich, bold, wonderfully balanced cup of flavored coffee you can enjoy anytime, anywhere.
My Thoughts on Starbucks Via Ready Brew Mocha Blend
This is a fairly decent cup of coffee for an instant coffee. I think if it were plain coffee, it wouldn't be as good, or at least not for me! The mocha flavor is rich and bold and makes this a passable cup of instant coffee.
When you are used to having a cup of coffee in the morning and all of a sudden you are denied, you will just about drink anything. I still prefer the real deal over Starbucks VIA® Mocha Flavored Coffee. It will do though when I'm in a fix.
I do like the small individual packets. They take the mystery out of measuring coffee for making a cup and simplifies the process. As for the price, I think that Starbucks has this product a bit overpriced. I would like to see this product priced more in the $4.50 to $5.00 range, but that's just my wish!
Recommended: Yes, as average for an instant coffee.
