Pros:Stylish, easy to push, seat adjusts in height, constant complements on it

Cons:not cheap

The Bottom Line: We Love the Stokke stroller - definitely recommend to everyone (who can afford).

Why Stokke:When I was pregnant with my first baby and started looking for baby gear...one of the things my husband and I were searching for was the perfect stroller. Someone had recommended Stokke to us mainly because the seat of the strollre is higher than of a regular stroller, and since my husband is 6'4'' we decided to check it out. The Bugaboo stroller, for example, is also high end and has many color options...but it sits much lower than the Stokke (as most of the other strollers do). After looking at its features online we liked what we saw (Stokke's video tutorial about their Xplory stroller is very informative!), but because of its price (not cheap!)- we wanted to touch it/feel it at a store. The features:We looked at it at a nearby Buybuy Baby store and totally fell in love with it! Not only does the seat sit high (so the baby is closer to parent), but it is adjustable so that you can lower it if needed, the seat also can be changed in direction - backwards or forwards. Another feature that we really liked about it was the modern design. The stroller definitely stands out in a crowd, and looks very stylish. And, thirdly, and my favorite feature - I can maneuver the stroller very easily! Of all the strollers I have tested - Stokke is the easier to push and maneuver, that was a big plus for me, especially when you have other things or bags on your hands and are forced to push the stroller with only one hand. As far as folding, it folds flat and the carycot or seat goes on top, and both fit in a sedan trunk easily (horizontaly), however there might not be a whole lot of space left in the trunk after the stroller is inside (that would probably be the case with any stroller though). The stroller itself is actually not heavy at all, about 30 lb or so (which is the usual weight for a stroller).
We ended up buying it and our baby loved it! We are definitely planning to use it for the next child, we might just buy a new cloth set/color to have a little difference.
