Pros:PRETTY PINK PLEASES BIG AND LITTLE GIRLS
The Bottom Line:
These pretty pink Swingline staples having ¼ inch leg length are fashioned with a keen chisel tip to provide reliable penetration with less jamming.
ACCO Brands Swingline® Bright Pink, ¼ inch leg length Standard Staples are first-rate quality fastening devices designed to fit a multiplicity of ACCO Brands Swingline staplers including pliers and other hand held staplers, in addition to fitting similar staplers produced by other industry manufacturers.
Jams of staples in the stapler itself is high on my list of most annoying situations in the Osage County First Grade classroom. I do find Swingline brand staplers filled with high quality Swingline staples to less prone to jams than are many of the other brands available today.
Packaged 2,000 staples to a box in strips holding approximately 210 staples more or less; these Swingline staples having ¼ inch leg length are fashioned with a keen chisel tip to provide reliable penetration with less jamming.
I like that Swingline Standard Staples offers dependable, reliable, trouble-free stapling. I find I far less binding predicaments when using Swingline Staples than when I attempt to utilize the cheaper, less reliable staples supplied by my school. I completely appreciate budget constraints, and buy myself a box of Swingline Staples including some in fun colors as the new school term is ready to begin.
I find these thin, pointed staples to be handy for tacking posters as well as other materials, art projects, worksheets and the like to wall. Now and again I use colored stapes to provide emergency repairs to a hem, or to re fasten a student’s torn shirt collar, tack, fabricate elements of art work, insert ribbon, feathers or flowers to a hat as Osage County First Grade get ready to step onto the rungs taking us to the stage where the class will be presenting a song, dance or other portion of the program. Attaching handles of a child's purse to the body of the purse, stapling notes to the face of a folder so that parents will be certain to see it; the list of handy uses for staples is limited only by imagination.
I find female Little Learners to be especially taken with pink staples when I present a packet of work with little pink staples noticeable along the left edge.
Swingline staples are readily available on the shelves of brick and mortar stores, as well as being offered on various sites internet sites. While these staples can be used in staplers produced by other manufacturers as well; I find all Swingline, especially these pretty pink ones to be particularly practical when placed in reliable ACCO Brands Swingline® Stapler. Swingline® Standard Staples are a predictable fastener having outstanding holding qualities and produce less stapler jams.
Happy to recommend ACCO Brands Swingline® Stapler, Swingline® Standard Staples.

Internet search including the ACCO site indicates: ACCO Brands' businesses got their start with the founding of Wilson Jones in 1893, the American Clip Company (ACCO) in 1903, and the Swingline Company in 1925.
These were among the first companies to revolutionize the basic ways in which we record, store and organize information in offices, schools and workspaces through the creation of the ring binder, the mass production of the paper clip, and the widespread popularization of staplers.
