This is for all of the 25-40 year olds out there, remember the days when MTV would play videos? Those days are long gone, they've been replaced with new 25 second videos with people popping up on screen for half of them sending a shout out to their sick grandmothers because Backstreet boys rule? MTV also gives us paying customers high quality shows like "Road rules", "The Real World" and countless other shows where you have a bunch of 20 year olds acting like high schoolers making out with everyone, and people who think their lives are over because someone yelled at them.
When you turn your dial to MTV you also get to see them kiss their own butt, talking about how they were the first music video channel and they were the first station on the spot when Brittany Spears hurt her knee, thank you MTV I almost lost some sleep on that one.
Maybe I'm getting old but when I see a bunch of little boys and girls saying "please play the thong song, it's so great" I have to look at my cable bill and ask "why".
They should have a block on the remote for adults, so that way I could live without seeing my MTV.
