Pros: Great Kids shows.
Cons: Don't put the preschool shows on at appropriate times.
The Bottom Line: Blues Clues. It really is a great show for small children to learn the basics. colors, shapes etc...

My kids just love Nickelodian. All three of my girls have grown up with the shows on this channel. My only complaint is that when the preschoolers are around on the weekend, Nick Jr. isn't. It always seems that my youngest daughters favorite show, which is Blues Clues, is never on sat and sun mornings when she is home and could watch it. Enough of that on to the show. I just love the fact that they repeat themselves all week. She just loves seeing the same one over and over and it has helped her to memorize and learn different shapes and colors. She has gotten into calling out the character names and even knows to call for the Handy dandy notebook. I would say that Blue does beat Barney hands down. she used to be a barney fan, but now wont even watch it. We have to watch our Blues Clues video tapes all day long. Way to go Nick Jr.
