QVC is on the Shopping Network on our television cable. If you haven't heard of QVC, it is a shopping channel located in West Chester, PA with telephone number 1-800-345-1515.
I usually don't purchase items from TV or over the phone for that matter, but after watching QVC for a bit, I thought I would try ordering once. At the time of my purchase, they were demonstrating exercise equipment and I was very interested in this. I called and was connected immediately. A very pleasant person answered the phone. I told him the product I was interested in. He asked me for my account number, and I said I didn't have one. He gave me a new account number immediately with no questions asked. I was very impressed. He then pulled up the information on his computer for the AB-Roller I was interested in and within two or three minutes, the transaction was completed, and he told me I would receive my purchase within seven working days. And to my surprise, I did receive this exercise equipment in six days. It was delivered via UPS, which I have found out is the way most purchases are transmitted.
I have purchased a few things since this initial purchase, and have had the same experiences. The people I have dealt with have all been very professional and very accommodating. In my part of Connecticut, there are at least two other shopping channels, but I have found that QVC is the best. The cooking shows are great and the jewelry looks very good also. My niece buys many pieces of their jewelry, and she says the quality is good, and she has always been satisfied.
The BEST thing that I like about QVC is that they demonstrate or model all of the merchandise that is being sold. A great selling point for all items.
By the way, nothing you buy through QVC is a final sale. I have returned a few products, and have never had a problem. My credit card is always credited with the entire purchase in a very timely manner. No questions asked.
So, as you can see from this review, I am very satisfied with QVC and I think you will be also.
