TERRO Ready to Use Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer Spray

I've never had much of a problem with ants, but my sister's house seems to have been built on an anthill - of enormous proportions.

 Over the years my sister and I have lived together three different times, but it wasn't until this last time I realized what a chronic and serious ant problem her house has. The final straw was when I had to put my clothes in plastic bags - stacked on the floor - to keep the ants off them. They were everywhere, walls, ceiling, sink, even the small microwave I kept in my room for my morning coffee. And yes, like an ungrateful guest, I did complain, but, (fortunately for my sister) she doesn't mind that she lives in an ant hotel.

Only on occasion have I had to use an ant product in my own home. Terro was recommended by a friend who told me it's the only product she's ever needed. Amen to that! At the first sign of ants I just spray ( the little bugger itself!) and then spray a light coat on whatever surface I first saw it, hoping, of course, to get the phermone 'trail'  they leave in the bargain. I've never had to reapply. In fact, the times I've needed it - I had to go looking for it in my garage. Some products just work like magic, producing the exact results they promise - this is one of them.

As with most products containing chemicals, Terro has some precautions. The label recommends you remove or cover any fish or aquatic animals you have in the home. There were no warnings about using the product around children other than if it is ingested, calling the Poison Control Center immediately, or if you get it in your eye(s), rinse for five minutes.
