Pros: you get to save your money and not buy this trio of glosses
Cons: no pigment/color; mostly gross scents; don't last; don't plump
The Bottom Line: Don't even bother. There are much cheaper products out there that work much better. If you're spending $21 get something that's actually good!

Since I am a huge fan of lip products and being even more obsessed with them if they promise plumping (whats a girl with thin lips to do?) I have been waiting and waiting for the day when I would be able to try the Plump Your Pucker Glosses from the Balm. When I saw a mini trio of glosses from the Balm last year I went ahead and ordered them as a Birthday/Christmas gift to myself. I should have saved my money
About the product
There are, apparently 4 trios of mini Plump Your Pucker glosses available from theBalm, Nudes, Purple, Sorbet and Reds. I purchased the nudes trio which included Cocoa My Coconut, Razz My Berry & Ruby My Grapefruit.
The price was $21 and for that I got three mini glosses. Now, theBalm calls them minis but to me they are pretty close to the same size as most of my other glosses. Each tube holds .13 oz. which is good sized; the full sized glosses (which can be purchased individually) hold .25 oz. and are priced at $14 each.
The trio is packaged in a nifty little triangular plastic container which is very handy for storage.
Taken from www.thebalm.com: Formulated with a special combination of folic acid, menthol and vitamin C, these sexy glosses increase blood flow to the lips and reduce the look of fine lines. But the lip building benefits have only just begun...an additional ingredient, Maxi-lip, works cumulatively to create lasting fullness. Be prepared for a poutier pucker after 30 days!
Being a lip gloss addict I was feeling pretty happy when my new trio of TheBalms Mini Plump Your Pucker Tinted glosses arrived for me to try out. The fact that they were supposed to help make my thin lips a little plumper was a bonus.
The shades are: Note: the image on Epinions is of the Nudes set that I am describing here
Cocoa My Coconut this one is a milky pinky nude and smells like coconut with hints of chocolate and mint
Ruby My Grapefruit is a sheer medium pink with lots of shimmer; it smells of citrus/grapefruit with a weird plastic-y mint thing going on.
Razz My Berry is my favorite shade of the three, but doesnt smell nearly as nice as the other two. It smells like a rather fake berry scent with hints of plastic and mint. The color is a berry with hints of bronze and lots of golden shimmer. It is gorgeous. Kind of reminds me of MAC O in the tube (on my lips, not so much).

To start off my list of disappointments with these glosses; they had very little pigment on my lips (which are pigmented quite a bit on their own). Cocoa My Coconut was pretty much just clear shine on me, Ruby My Grapefruit has a very slight pink tinge to it and Razz My Berry has a slight reddish shade on my lips. So for color/pigment these get a 1 out of 5 starts.
My next disappointment came with the smells. The only somewhat true/nice smelling one is Cocoa My Coconut, the other two are faker and the hint of plastic mint in there makes for a pretty nasty smelling combo.
Then theres the whole lip plumping aspect
or lack thereof. I have thin lips. I can live with that. But at times I would like for my upper lip to not completely disappear when I smile, so a product that will plump it up a bit is a nice idea for me. To be completely honest, these glosses did not plump up my lip even a little bit. My lips were exactly the same yet I had to live with the gross fake mint smell and the tingle without any plumping. Bah!
If these glosses didnt disappoint enough with their lack of pigment, plumping and scents they also dont last for dirt. If Im lucky theyll last about an hour and half on me thats without eating or drinking anything. After that period of time (if not before) theyve pretty much worn off completely. Glosses dont typically last very long, but my favorites last considerably longer than 60-90 minutes these can give.
Yeah, so
Ive owned these glosses for more than a year now. I went through a phase where I wore one of them daily for about 3 months just to use them and see if, as theBalm claimed, after 30 days my lips would (finally) be plumper. Yeah, not so much theBalm. Each day by the time I got in to work and our first patient arrived, my gloss was gone. I would reapply once most days just because I could I guess because I am not a big reapplier.
Basically this TheBalms Mini Plump Your Pucker Tinted Gloss set was just a huge disappointment and waste of money for me. They had nothing I look for in a gloss let alone a gloss that is supposed to plump up the lips a little bit.
