Hi,
All I can say is: Wow, what a review! This review was one of the most detailed and interesting reviews on Air India that I have ever read. The "yellow puke" was probably sameah (pronounced say-me-eeh) pudding. This dish contains baked wheat strips cooked in milk with lots of spices. It's actually quite tasty.
Anyway thanks for the excellent reviews and I hope that you will continue to add more to the site.

...just bear in mind the 'waitressess' are actually flight attendants and are mainly there for your safety ;-)

you mention, "another meat-based meal (beef, probably)" ... Considering that it was and Indian airline, I'm betting that it was mutton, lamb, or goat.
