What's all the fuss about??

Pros: Great service & food.

Cons: Crowded at times.

I am quite surprised to read the opinions people have expressed about Air India on this forum.I have travelled quite frequently on this airline on the New York- Mumbai-New York sector, and was really happy flying Air India.

Agreed some of the planes are not as new as one might expect, but I am certain that AI will never fly an aircraft thats not airworthy,as some people believe.They have amongst the best aircraft maintenance facilities.

The service and food is the best I have ever had on any airline.The airhostesses were very friendly and made a genuine effort to make sure the flight was comfortable.I have always had excellent food, great Indian fare, warm and delicious!

Air India is a great airline,don't hesitate to fly them!
