| Halsua's Full Review: British Airways |
After several trips to Europe, mostly to Russia via England or Sweden and routing back home via Finland I am convinced that British Airways is the best airline to travel with. The flight stewards in their "Mary Poppins" uniforms are very friendly, display a lot of patience and go out of their way to make the long trip enjoyable.
The food presentation and quality is very good. U.S., airlines don't even come close to the same level of service. If you really want to suffer through a long flight go via Northwest (Northworst) Airlines to Europe and then fly B.A.
If you watch airfares via the Internet or get on their mailing list you can snag special low fare offerings and fly to Europe on exceptional fares. We went to Moscow from Detroit, Michigan roundtrip last May for only $ 438.00 roundtrip. Even less then that the year before! The good fares are available depending on time of year and being aware of special offerings.
