OKay, this airline has been noted for its dependability and safety but their flight attendant service is severely lacking. I took Luftansa a year ago when I was flying with my family from JFK airport (New York) to Zagreb, Croatia. We transferred at Frankfurt, Germany so the bulk of our flight (7 long hours!) was from NY to Germany.
I've only encountered flight attendants this nasty on Air Aruba (they were even worse!). Okay I paid $800 for this flight so if I want ANOTHER coke, damn well I better get another one WITH a smile and not a b**chy look at me like I was asking for caviar or something. It took forever to get my dinner (and my extra coke) which was cold and not cooked through. Did I see any friendly smiles on any of their faces like I do on American and Jetblue? No of course not. They looked as miserable as I was sitting in very cramped seating with a baby that just would not stop screaming the entire flight!
You know I really miss Pam Am international. Did they come back in the foreign airline business yet?
