I fly to central america every now and them and my plea to people is not to use this airline if you do not want to see your luggage for three days or or get excuses as to why the plane is overbooked, and have to be bumped to the following night. while visiting el salvador about a year ago, that is what happened to me. I called to confirm my return flight and the rep gave the we dont have any room song and dance. Since my father has used them several times...and i have family that work there...it is usually b/s that they give most people. What one has to do is go to their central offices is san salvador to get your reservations confirmed while looking extremely angry for them to do what you paid for. If you are stuck at an airport and trying to deal with them, my sympathy's to all of you. Dealing with this airline is a pain in the neck. I recommend an alternative airline if possible, or only use them in the slow times of the year, that is the only time they seem to actually do a decent job.
