Pros: Not too delayed.

Cons: Worst customer service I have ever experienced with an airline.

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced with an airline.  People were very unfriendly and seemed bored.  They definitely seem to be pinching pennies at this point.  I did not have a good experience with this airline and would never recommend anyone to take flights with them.
