America west airlines, like any other airline they all have there little problem points. I have been flying for years throughout the united state and Internationally and i have found America West to be the best all around There staff is very informative, they have some of the cleanest planes out there and like any other airline there is always a delay sooner or later.
Cancelled flights are part of life, i would rather have a cancelled flight for airplane maintenance than wait until i was 20,000ft in the air to find out there's a problem. One thing i can say is that they do keep there planes well maintained. There tickets are very reasonably priced and they always seem to some kind of special going on. One more note I would rather have an assigned seat than fight for one!
