Great airline, best for traveling to the west

Pros: Snack pack is great! Great prices, on time or even early arrivals!
Cons: Frequent stops in Phoenix, typical airline delays (can't blame them, they can't control the weather)

I personally have had a great experience flying with America West Airlines (AWA). I fly to Las Vegas from the midwest a lot, so AWA is a great choice for me. Of course there are the typical negative aspects you will expect from airlines these days: long lines, delayed flights, etc. However, for the most part I have not been subject to these circumstances. After flying with Delta, NorthWest, and United, I've found that AWA is the best among them all. Also, I personally like the Snack pack meals they give you...I personally never liked the "hot" meals the other airlines gave, I found the cold meal much more appetizing on a flight. Their breakfast is not half bad either! Also as mentioned on another review, their frequent flyer miles is shared among many other airlines, so even if you don't fly on AWA, chances are that you can still get the frequent flyer miles.
Also, if you are inconvenienced they will usually provide you with vouchers for meals, discounted travel, and phone cards.
