Where were you traveling from/to by the way? Hope you had a great time wherever it was. I wasn't sure if you knew this, but all airlines MUST do a safety briefing on the ground prior to taking off. The way you talked about how American did it sounded like you thought they were the only airline that did this. Sorry if I read it wrong.. but I just thought I'd let you know. :P Hope to read more of your reviews!!

I was on the fence for 'helpful' or 'very helpful' on this one, however your review read quite well, and it had some interesting points to truly round off American's overall product. In the future, try to expand a bit more on such things, as check-in, boarding, and on-time arrival.
Also I wanted to here about the 'con' of, "The bathrooms were always full. It made me want to read your review, but that element wasn't in there.
I hope to here more from you, and keep up the great work.
